How to write

When you select a format, an input box appears on the left and a preview of the actual A4 size appears on the right. The preview changes immediately each time you fill in a space, so you don't have to print it out and fix it again.

There are two ways to sign. You can draw directly on the screen with your mouse or finger, or upload a photo of the stamp on white paper. The photo of the stamp is made transparent by erasing the paper background and stains, and then placed in the signature area. Since the photo is not uploaded to the server, there is nothing left even if you upload your personal stamp.

Once completed, save it as a PDF or download it as a Word file. For PDF, select “Save as PDF” as the destination in the print window. Word files contain live tables and paragraphs, so they can be edited to fit your company's format, and signatures and seals are also included as images.

Differences from other formatting sites

General formatting site

  • It ends with downloading the file.
  • Doesn't open on devices without Word
  • Even when I open it, the ticket slot is pushed out.
  • To sign, print and scan again

BLUE FORM

  • Complete writing within the browser
  • Opens and fills without an editing program
  • The A4 layout is fixed as is.
  • Enter your signature/stamp on the screen

There are two outcomes. A PDF to submit as is, and a Word file to edit later.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it really free?

yes. There is no sign-up or login. There is no watermark or payment required to save.

How is it different from downloading a file and filling it out in Word?

There are no download steps. When you fill in the items on the screen, an A4 preview is created as is, and you can save it as a PDF or receive a Word file with the content already included. It works even on devices without Word, and the table columns don't get pushed around.

Is the information I enter saved on the server?

It is not saved. Inputs and stamp photos are processed only within the browser, and PDF and Word files are also created on the user's device. When you close the window, no content remains.

Can I also receive it as a Korean (HWP) file?

Currently only PDF and Word (.docx) are supported. Word files can be opened in Korean, but table spacing may be slightly different.

Can I edit the downloaded Word file?

It works. It is an editable document with tables and paragraphs intact, so you can add or subtract items to suit your company's format.
