A dedicated account or collection program is required. We will first give you a list of commands to execute.

“We will respond quickly” is not a condition of the contract. Detection, notification, and action standards for each situation are included in the contract.
Monitoring and automatic actions run 24 hours a day, and tasks that require human judgment are basically handled during business hours (09-18:00 on weekdays). If your site freezes during the night, an automatic restart will be attempted immediately and you will be notified of the result, so most overnight outages will end without waiting for morning. If you need someone to be there even at night or on holidays, you can add a night callback option.

Can I do this even if I don't manage the server myself?
The Watch level does not install anything on the customer's servers. Since it is a method of calling the site from outside and checking it, you can start right away regardless of the hosting company or the management entity. Guard or higher, which requires viewing inside the server, requires an account or collection program, and this requires consultation with the current server administrator.
Handing over a server account is burdensome.
It's a natural concern. You can choose from three methods. ① Do not give anything and only receive external monitoring. ② Install only read-oriented collection programs. ③ Issue a dedicated account with limited permissions. We first provide a list of what commands will be executed, and even include account recovery procedures upon termination of the contract in the document.
Is someone watching you 24 hours a day?
To be honest, no. Monitoring and automatic actions run 24 hours a day, but any work that requires human judgment should be handled during business hours. However, if your site dies during the night, an automatic restart will be attempted and notified immediately, so most nighttime outages will end without waiting until morning. If you need someone to be there at night, you can add a night callback option.
The hosting company is already managing it, right?
Hosting companies usually check to see if the server is turned on. If the server is alive but the site is dead, if WordPress has been hacked and a malicious script is planted, or if the certificate has expired, these are usually not detection targets. This service fills that gap, and there is no need to move your existing hosting.
If I get hacked, will you even provide recovery?
At the Managed level, we proceed with isolating malicious files, blocking attack IPs, and blocking infection routes. However, if the data is already damaged, recovery depends on a backup. So we've added a daily check to every server class to make sure backups are in order. If you need a legally binding investigation into the cause of the accident, we will connect you with a professional company.
Is there a minimum contract period?
The default is 12 months. It takes 2-3 weeks just for linking and stabilization, so anything shorter than that would be a loss. A 5% discount for 24 months and a 10% discount for 36 months is applied.
I have multiple sites, how is this calculated?
There is a number of sites included in each level, and the excess is 30,000 won per month per site. If you have multiple servers, a monthly fee of 150,000 won will be charged per excess server. If you enter the numbers into the quote calculator above, they will come out right away.
Won't the site become slower if you implement it?
External monitoring does not place a burden on the server. Collections that occur within the server also use very little resources. However, since the full malware scan takes an instantaneous load, it is run early in the morning and the schedule is agreed upon in advance.
