Having the time remaining until the next meeting displayed in the top notification bar is much more useful than you might think. I no longer have to waste time doing other things between meetings.

I decided to use a console theme. Even if I stop for a moment while developing, my eyes don't get tired. However, at first I thought it was a bug that themes were saved separately for each device. I wish you could make the explanation more visible.

What I like most is that even if you change your schedule on the subway while the signal is out, it will be automatically reflected later. I've never once felt anxious after pressing save.

While working as a freelancer, I had five or six clients, so the biggest stress was being confused about which projects were due and when. At first, I tried all the popular scheduling apps, but the method of drawing time blocks was rather cumbersome for someone like me who only cares about deadlines. This calendar fits the way I work much better because it stacks cards on top of the dates rather than a timetable. I created categories for each client, divided them by color, and attached the contract and quote PDF directly to the schedule, which drastically reduced the need to search through my mailbox. In particular, the fact that files can be opened offline was helpful when I was out on the road. One thing that is disappointing is that it is inconvenient to not be able to set an end date for the recurring schedule. If you set up weekly meetings for a 3-month project, they will still be there even after the project is over and you will have to delete them one by one. Also, if there are more than four cards in the month view, they appear cut off, but I don't know if this is a screen size issue. Still, I am satisfied with this for free, and I recommend it to freelancers around me.

Write down how to write. In the morning, I only see what I have to do today in 1-day view. Once finished, click the circle on the right to complete. In the evening, I organize my day by looking at the progress bar. It's simple, but it lasts quite a long time.

The fact that there are 10 themes is a huge advantage 🎨 I change between Linen during the day and Deep Midnight at night 🌙 Even the fonts and corners change together, so it feels like I'm using a different app.

There was no burden as I could use it right away without signing up. After using it for a few days and liking it, I logged in.

  • hawk************* ★★★★☆ 4.0 android app 2026-06-16

I use it for routine management. It's fun to hang it up and check it every day. I like the way that completed items do not disappear but remain in the space below.

  • zero***** ★★★★★ 5.0 android chrome 2026-06-12

It was crucial to be able to immediately attach a photo of the receipt to the schedule. When you do the month-end settlement, just open that date and everything will appear. Dragging and dropping also works well.

  • word*** ★★★★★ 5.0 PC Edge 2026-06-04

I was surprised that the month repeat set on the 31st was automatically adjusted to the last day in February. In other apps, I've missed deadlines by just skipping them. I decided to continue writing about this one detail.

  • step**** ★★★★☆ 4.0 pc chrome 2026-05-30

I rarely use the mouse because the combination of opening the search with the slash and changing the view with 1~4 is at my fingertips. It's also nice to be able to search for notes and repetition rules.

  • jin**** ★★★★★ 5.0 android app 2026-05-21

I intentionally register small tasks to see my daily completion rate increase. I don't know if it was intentional, but it works for me.

  • hand**** ★★★★☆ 4.0 pc chrome 2026-05-17

This is the first time I've seen a calendar that uses Ctrl+Z when you accidentally press Done. The undo button that appears below immediately after deletion was also useful. However, I was confused because I didn't know that the records were cleared when synced from another device.

  • 1******* ★★★★★ 5.0 pc chrome 2026-05-13

Claims are divided into red and personal information is divided into green, so you can see the picture of the month at a glance. It's nice to be able to change the category name and color directly.

  • red**** ★★★★☆ 4.0 android chrome 2026-05-03

Korean public holidays are displayed in the month view, making it convenient when planning annual leave. It would be nice to go in early for 2027 as well.

  • new year** ★★★★★ 5.0 pc chrome 2026-04-28

I clicked on the address bar icon to open it in a separate window and pinned it to the taskbar. No more searching for calendars between tabs. Notifications also come well here.

  • curl** ★★★★★ 5.0 iphone safari 2026-04-16

It looks much better when I turn on the entire card color option. The basics were a bit boring, but after turning it on, my satisfaction level increased significantly. Just a notification would be perfect.

  • Gourd** ★★★★☆ 4.0 pc chrome 2026-04-10

I use the multi-day view the most. Since you can see the four days side by side on your desktop, it's easy to move what you didn't finish today to the day after tomorrow. Dragging and dropping is also smooth.

06 / GOOD TO KNOW

Before you start,
Things I'm curious about.

Functions and scope of support
We will guide you honestly.

Contact us directly
01Is BLUE Calendar free?

yes. It's free to use on the web and there are no paid plans or feature restrictions. The demo opens immediately without logging in.

02Can I use it without registering?

The demo opens without registration or login. To actually save your schedule, you need to log in to your Google account. This is because if you want to continue the same schedule across devices, you need to save it based on your account.

03Are the schedules and themes changed in the demo saved?

no. The demo only works in browser tab memory. They are not stored in the database and return to the ready example state when you refresh or leave the page.

04Can I use it directly in the browser without installation?

yes. Just open the address and write it right away. It runs on the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox, and the view changes to suit PC and mobile screens.

05Can I install it like an app on the home screen?

You can install it as a PWA. For PC Chrome and Edge, click the install icon on the right side of the address bar, for Android Chrome, click the install app in the menu, and for iPhone Safari, click the add to home screen button on the share button. Once installed, it opens in full screen without an address bar.

06Is there also an Android app?

There is an Android app that directly downloads and installs the APK. It is not posted on the Play Store. If you use the app, you will receive an accurate alarm and the time remaining until the next meeting will be displayed in the top notification bar.

07What environment do calendar notifications come from?

On the web, reservation notifications work in Chromium-based browsers, namely Android Chrome and PC Chrome and Edge. The Android app sounds more accurately as a system alarm. iPhone Safari and Firefox do not support reservation notifications. This is because it is structured to schedule only within the device without having a notification server.

08Can I set a time for the notification to sound?

You can choose from 1 day in advance, 2 hours in advance, 1 hour in advance, 30 minutes in advance, or 10 minutes in advance for a schedule with a set time, and you can also set multiple times together. The meeting category is turned on 1 day ago by default. Notifications will not be sent for events without a time.

09Can I create a daily, weekly, or monthly recurring schedule?

It supports daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly repetitions, and can also specify intervals such as every two weeks. For weekly repetition, you can select multiple days of the week, such as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Monthly repeats set on the 31st will automatically appear on the last day in short months like February.

10Can I set an end date for a recurring schedule or remove specific episodes?

There is no end date and number of repetitions specified yet. Rules such as the third Friday of every month are also not supported. If you drag and drop a repeating schedule to another day, only that session will be separated, and if you change it in the edit window, it will be applied to all sessions together.

11Even if the internet is cut off, can I view and fix my schedule?

Not only viewing but also adding, editing, and deleting can be done offline. Changes made while disconnected are stored in a queue on the device and automatically reflected when the connection is restored, with the synchronization status and queue count displayed above the screen. Attachments also open offline.

12Are the schedules on my phone and PC automatically synchronized?

When you sign in with your Google account, your schedule, completion notes, and attachments will sync between your devices. However, themes, category lists, notes, and week start days are saved separately for each device and are not synchronized.

13Can I import or export Google Calendar events?

You can import it. After logging in, you can transfer schedules from Google or Naver calendar at once. Google selects accounts and calendars and imports them as read-only, usable only on the PC web, and in Android apps as ICS files. Naver imports it as an ICS file. Export and continued integration with Google and Naver calendars are not supported.

14Can I share my calendar with my family or team?

no. It is a personal calendar, so there are no sharing or invitation functions. Schedules are stored completely separate by account.

15Can I attach files to my schedule?

It works. Photos are automatically reduced in size, and general files such as PDF can be uploaded up to 20MB each. Paste and drag-and-drop are supported, and uploaded files can be opened offline.

16Where is my calendar data stored and can anyone see it?

A logged in user's schedule is stored in a separate storage space for each account and can only be read by that account. Schedules, completion records, and attachments are stored in Google Firebase's Firestore. If you delete a schedule, contents such as the title and notes will be blank and only a mark will remain indicating the deletion to other devices. If you delete an attached file, the file body will also be deleted. Demo schedules are never stored and are completely separate from actual user data.

17What information is sent to the server regarding usage status?

Once a day from the logged-in device, account identification, email, name, device identification, installation type (browser, home screen app, Android app), operating system type, and time zone are sent to the operation server (bluetraffic.kr) to tally usage status. This does not include event content, such as event titles or notes. It is not sent in demos that are opened without logging in.
