Things you can easily miss when writing

  1. 01For each project, write down “work done” and “accomplishments” separately. If I write it down, it becomes unclear what was my responsibility.
  2. 02Write the role by scope, not by title. “Responsible for data collection and reporting in a 3-person team” is more accurate than “Assistant Manager.”
  3. 03Please make sure that the period does not differ from your resume by a word. If the numbers are different between documents, the verification process will be longer.
  4. 04Replace jargon with language that is understood outside of the company. System names used only within the company are explained in parentheses.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a career description and a resume?

A resume is a document that shows when and where you were in a table, and a career description is a document that explains what you did there. If you combine the two into one, the table will become long and unreadable. resumeYou can think of this as the summary, and this document as the main text.

What if I don't have numbers to add to my achievements?

Performance is not just about sales or ratios. It can be anything that counts, such as the number of transactions, time taken, number of errors, or number of accounts managed. If that's difficult, write "I created something from nothing."

What if I have more than three projects?

Please leave only three items that are close to the job you are applying for. It's much easier to read if you write three things properly than writing them all one line at a time. The rest can be left as the period and company name in the experience table of your resume.

Can I write down company internal information?

Don't write it down. Information subject to confidentiality obligations, such as absolute sales amount, customer company's real name, and contract terms, are written in proportion or scale. at my previous job confidentiality agreementIf you have signed a security pledge, you must be especially careful.

Is what I write saved on the server?

It is not saved. The information you enter is processed only within the browser, and PDF and Word files are also created on the user's device.

This is general information for guidance purposes, and required documents and scope may vary from company to company.
