A certificate of employment is a document that the company confirms that a specific employee is currently working for the company. It is required in places such as bank loans, credit card issuance, rental deposit loans, visa applications, and child care center placement.
There are three key points: Who (name, date of birth), since when (date of employment), and in what capacity (affiliation, position, type of employment) are working. The company's business registration number and representative's seal must be entered here for the receptionist to recognize the document.
If you are an employee who has already left the company, it is not a certificate of employment. Career certificateis issued. The two documents have similar names, but are divided based on whether you are employed or retired.
