There is no need to print it out. BlueCanvas BLUE PDF is a free PDF program for Windows that adds registered stamps, signatures, check marks, pens, and Korean notes to PDFs and saves them as a single PDF. Documents are processed within your PC and can be used in a 64-bit environment of Windows 10 or 11.

Register the seal PNG and signature image in the app and add them to the desired location with one click. Up to 9 items can be registered in the library.
O·X·V check mark
Quickly create three marks: Approved, Rejected, and Checked, and adjust the color, size, and location.

Draw freely with a pen and adjust color and thickness.
text memo
Enter comments and notes directly anywhere on the PDF. Korean text is also saved in the PDF.
The saved PDF is a regular PDF with all markings combined into one, so recipients can open it with Acrobat Reader or a PDF viewer in their browser even if they don't have a BLUE PDF.
How to get started
You can download the installation file from the introduction page, install it on your PC, and use it right away. The sequence is three steps:
Open PDF: Drag and drop the PDF into the window or open it with Ctrl+O.
Take pictures, check, and take notes: Select a stamp with Alt+1~9, a check mark with O·X·V, a pen with P, and a text memo with T.
Save: When you press Ctrl+S, it will be saved as a PDF with _signed after the original name.
This is an installable app for Windows 10 or Windows 11 64-bit environment.
What we don't offer
Web, Mac, and mobile versions are not available.
When using on another PC
After installing BLUE PDF on the PC, you must re-register the stamp PNG or signature image to the app.

Can I use it directly on the web?
no. Currently, BLUE PDF is available as a Windows installable app. Download the installation file, install it on your PC, and use it. Web execution function is not provided.
Can I use it on my phone or Mac?
The installation file currently provided is for Windows. Apps for mobile and macOS are not available.
Will notes written in Korean be lost in the saved file?
Since the Korean font is included and saved in the PDF, the entered Korean memo will be maintained in the saved copy.
Does the recipient of the marked PDF also need a BLUE PDF?
You don't need it. The saved PDF is a regular PDF with stamps, checks, and notes combined into one, so recipients can open it with their usual tools, such as Acrobat Reader or their browser's PDF viewer.
